Tender Submissions Coordinator/PArequired for a well established engineering company based near Dublin 8. This is a permanent position and chance to be part of a busy team and involves marketing and e-tendering. €35k per annum salary. Interviewing Immediately. The candidate should have experience in handling tendering in the construction industry environment using the e-tenders system, preferably in the mechanical & electrical consulting engineering sector. The role will involve monitoring and coordinating the company’s tender submission process and preparing bids in both the public and private sectors. Ideally the person will have marketing background and will be able to integrate the web site / tender preparation/etc into furthering the Company’s profile. The person may also act in a PA role to a Company Director and will work as part of the Administration Team providing general administrative support duties, and reporting to the Facilities & Administration Manager.
