Events Coordinator - Hospitality & Events Division. It's nearly 2018 and exciting times are happening at Noel Hospitality & Events Division. This is on the back of major contract wins in Hotel Groups, Restaurant Chains, Contract Catering and others in the pipeline. We are constantly adding to our exceptional team and are seeking exceptional individuals to come join us. We are now seeking an Event Coordinator to join our expanding event team. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious motivated and driven individuals with sales/hospitality/catering/chef/food retail/restaurant/contract catering experience. Responsibilities of the Role. Supporting our current Hospitality Team to manage the daily requirements from our clients for all grades of temporary staff within Dublin City and surrounds. Coordination between clients and candidates in a professional environment. Assisting with filling of client vacancies within an agreed time frame. Visiting / Calling / liaising with our clients in Dublin City & surrounds. Helping to source applicants for suitable positions through our database. Meeting temporary candidates on site, and assessing their work duties. Check ins with candidates , and on site check ins and quality checks required. Assessing the suitability of the temporary workers on site are to company standards. Ensuring all company procedures /paperwork is signed and completed before the candidate starts working. Making sure all temp work sheets are completed and verified with candidate & client. Being the Noel Group representative on site for all staffing requirements. Administration of our database using internal database and computer systems. Person Specification. Minimum of 3/5 years as a Supervisor/Manager/HOD. Recruitment/HR/Admin experience is an advantage. Experience in Hospitality/Catering & Events is preferred. Strong Customer Service Skills is essential. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi task. Eye for detail and standards. Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills. The ability to make decisions on the spot. Is a problem solver and can rectify issues immediately. This position is primarily a 5/7 day, with flexibility for very early starts and late checkouts with the flexibility of overtime. The candidate will be required to have their own car with a valid license. This role offers a competitive salary, plus mileage, expenses and bonus performance.
