A boutique Financial Services company, city centre based is seeking a Talent Management Specialist / HR Manager for their Dublin Office. You need to have a track record of working with high-performing teams and are comfortable getting buy-in to HR strategic initiatives. THE JOB: This not focused on the operational day to day HR. This is a strategic role to help a successful company future proof their business. You will report into the CEO and will participate in the weekly management meeting. They have a culture of hard-working, analytical, energetic and ambitious employees with good retention and pride themselves in developing their employees. This person will look at improvements or new ideas around talent management, employee engagement, internal communications, diversity etc. IS THIS FOR ME: You will need to be “cool under pressure”, confident and have strong influencing skills. Passionate about employee engagement, talent management, leadership development and all those good things. City Centre based in Dublin 2.
