HR Business Partner - Transformation. Location: Dublin 2. Salary: €70k €85k DOE. FTC: 12 Month. 8 - 10 years`experience of working as a HR BP. The Job in a Nutshell: The HR BP is responsible for designing and implementing organisation change management plans and initiatives at company level to support the achievement of the strategy and goals of the transformation programme, working in collaboration with business leaders. What else it involves: Working in partnership with external provider and Steer Co lead, support scoping and definition of organisation change management approach. Support design and implementation of plan to complete organisation diagnosis and define current "as is" baseline from people perspective in the organisation. Working with Steer Co lead, support the review of recommendations and development of detailed plan and interventions to address key themes agreed with stakeholders. Own, lead and ensure plans support the end to end integration of people processes, culture, ways of working, systems and employee experience associated with transformation programme. Work collaboratively with L&D and Communications team to ensure consistent and aligned approach to bring employees and stakeholders at different levels on journey of overall change programme. Support the design of organisation design approach and engage HR colleagues and business leaders to own and lead relevant plans. Lead the design and implementation of methodology, tool kits and support interventions across company ensuring consistent application across functions. Lead and manage set up, monitoring and tracking of people related KPI`s associated with programme. Taking OD recommendations define fit for purpose solutions to support business leaders, ensuring consistent application across functions. Support education of business leaders and HR with strategic vision and operational plans and be an ambassador for programme. Work with HRBP`s to support organisation reviews in functional areas. Attend Business Design Authority meetings to review and identify tactical (individual and team), transitional (operational) and transformational(strategic) team changes pre and post go live for various stages of the programme. Support definition of approach and plan to identification of role changes, ways of working and required competency and behavioural changes. Support P&P Change Champion Network across the function. You: High impact individual with strong track record in developing actionable medium and longer term HR projects in a commercial environment. Thorough understanding and experience of change management and managing change in a fast paced dynamic environment. The role requires engagement of a diverse range of stakeholders and exceptional interpersonal skills: networking, negotiation, influencing, collaborating, presentation, written communications. Able to persuade or influence at all levels, focusing on behaviours, actions and key decisions. Confident in their ability to engage people from all over the business and at all levels to to lead and drive change. Can deal comfortably with all levels and demonstrates understanding of the imperatives and issues leaders face in their roles. Ability to influence and manage multiple stake holders. Proven experience and capability to project manage, lead and implement a wide range of HR programmes and projects. High level of personal resilience, able to remain highly effective and flexible in dynamic culture and changing business circumstances.
