An Irish distribution company based in North Dublin is looking for a CustomerService Admin. This role will be looking after the after sales department for Ireland and UK. This role will be Monday to Friday 40 hour week, Earlyfinish on Fridays. Salary is €28,000. This role will suit someone with a calm manner that can work great under pressure. Requirements: An ability to provide a first class service for customers with a calm, helpful, friendly approach. Problem-solving customer requirements in challenging situations. Locating all the information regarding deliveries to our customers as required. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiencies. Dealing with all queries for Ireland. Dealing with distribution centers. Dealing with customerdirect. Very fast passed role. Ability to work well under pressure. Excellent phone manner. Essentials: Experience working in a fast passed environment. Good standard of education. Good computer skills. First class customer service focus. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills. Good communication skills. Ability to work on one’s own and also as part of a team. Fluent English,written and spoken.
