We have been exclusively retained by a high-tech global company in respect of a Senior Legal Counsel role for a German speaking lawyer. This company is currently going through a significant strategic transformation and has some exciting products coming to market. The successful candidate will join the European legal team and report to the US based General Counsel. Required experience: Qualified Lawyer with at least 5 years' PQE. Native/Fluent in German language. Excellent general commercial experience in the automotive or IT industry. Experience in Corporate and M&A is a significant advantage. In-house experience (secondments will suffice) or experience in a top commercial law firm. Full details available.
