PE Global are looking to recruit a Legal Administrator for a 3 month contract for a company in Dublin 2. Job purpose: To provide support and general administrative assistance to the Legal Manager and the wider Legal Department. Minimum requirements: Previous Administration experience in a medium sized organisation essential; Previous experience working as a Legal Administrator/Secretary preferable; Knowledge of Contract and Company Law advantageous; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Packages and experience using MIS. Key Responsibilities: General administration work such as filing and document management; Maintaining and updating office systems; Opening and closing client files; Preparation of grant agreements; Liaising with internal and external stakeholders; Handling phone calls and requests; Organising, arranging and coordinating meetings; Creating reports, presentations, briefing papers, and other documents; Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills; Highly organized with an excellent ability to prioritise; Strong team player.
