HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources you will manage a diverse, full cycle generalist role within a global business. Key Responsibilities. Compensation & Benefits. Manage all aspects of the Global Mobility Policy to ensure assignments run smoothly & compliance with relevant tax laws. Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders, external tax advisors & outsourced payroll providers in the preparation & processing of monthly payroll. Lead & oversee market surveys about compensations & benefits & manage the communications & implementation as appropriate. Provide ongoing analysis to the business as required. Learning & Development. Continuous development of the Learning & Development activities of the business to include developing of the Learning & Development structures, as well as planning, implementing, scheduling & evaluating all programmes. Working with the people managers around the performance review process to ensure its effectiveness & consistency across the business. Coach & support managers on performance & development of their team members. Recruitment & On boarding. Support all Recruitment & Selection activities, to include managing a Graduate Programme & Internship Programme in line with the Resource Plan. Continuous development & application of the on boarding process. System Development. Continuous development of the HR Information System & other relevant systems & communications of changes to the business. General. Review & develop HR policies & procedures & work with the Leadership team to implement policies & procedures & to drive initiatives forward. Developing Health & Wellness policies & initiatives throughout the business. Working with our Communication Manager to ensure effective people communications. Exact allocation of responsibilities will vary in accordance with the experience of the successful candidate & other team members. Qualifications & Experience: 5 years strong HR business partnering experience. Experience in working with global offices. an advantage. Relevant business degree. Critical Competencies: Commercial acumen & be comfortable & familiar with analysing, manipulating & presenting data. Proven ability in delivery HR initiatives & projects, whilst working with & influencing team managers. Ability to take responsibility & take & drive initiatives. Proven experience in getting involved in the business & building relationships across all levels & areas of the business. Results focused with the drive & determination to deliver results.
