Customer Services Representative. The Role: As a member of the operations team you will act as support within the customer care department, working closely with the Warehouse / Sales / Customer Service & Accounts teams on a daily basis. Profile. Basic Requirements: * Minimum 3 years relevant experience and/or 3rd level qualification necessary. * Computer literate in Microsoft office. * SAP experience essential. * Be able to plan work and prioritise daily tasks. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Flexible with a positive attitude towards change. * Enjoy working as part of a team. Roles & Responsibilities: * Provide support to sales team. * Processing of quotations. * Processing Customer orders. * Ensuring prompt responses and comprehensive solutions to queries. * Interact with teams within the company. * Liaising with suppliers and building on current relationships. * Ad hoc reporting when requested. * Offer assistance during ISO audit. * Regular reporting to suppliers on company stock holding. * Working to month end deadlines. * Supporting colleagues within team with excess work. * General Admin work within the department - scanning/filing etc. This job originally appeared on RecruitIreland.com.
