Noel Group are currently recruiting an experienced Customer Service Executive for a busy Client in West Dublin. Main Duties off the Role are: Answering calls from Customers based in the Republic and Northern Ireland. Data Inputting of Order and Returns, both over the phone and from email. Tracking Orders with carrier companies. Dealing with customer queries following them through to resolution. Pricing Orders to specific margins. Offering in-depth product knowledge of our range. Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a call centre is essential. Previous experience with the use of Microsoft Office an advantage. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
