Position: Window and Door Surveyor. Location: Dublin. Salary: Neg DOE. Experienced Window & Door Surveyor required for the Leinster area. This position is with a rapidly growing window & door company in Ireland. Career prospects are excellent and there is also an attractive salary and benefits package on offer to the right person. Calling by appointment to the customer's home to carry out a comprehensive survey of the product to be installed. This to include measuring and checking all details re-design, colors, ventilation and accessories. Evaluating and recording Health and Safety hazards for the installation teams. Dealing with and resolving customer queries regarding their sales order. Writing up designs, specifications, and instructions for our production and installation teams. Ideal candidates must have the following attributes but not limited to: Have a sound understanding of the Window and Door industry in Ireland. Must be accurate with measurements, have a good eye for detail, and the ability to record and issue proper written instructions. You must have proven experience of installing or surveying windows and doors or a background in carpentry, refurbishment or some similar trades. General experience in report/survey writing would also be an advantage as 50% of the role involves transcribing the surveys carried out. Previous Window and Door surveying essential 6yrs. Technically competent across a wide range of window and door systems. Sales experience an advantage. Dealing with end-users and clients. Project Management. Excellent communication skills.
