Exciting opportunity for an IT Graduate with a US tech company who have recently set up in Dublin 2. They are hoping to build out their team and looking for a talented candidate who has recently graduated and has 1 - 2 years experience in Technical Support and Customer Support. The Role: With support comes SLA's and you will be responsible with ensiuring that the global business customers' issues are resolved. Troubleshooting will be via email/ phone. Analysis of arising issues and creat reports of all system issues. Build rapport with customers and manage relationships. Assist with improving the system by testing and making suggestions on how the system can work more effectively. Ideal Candidate: Recent IT Graduate. Programming experience in XML,SQL and Java. Experience working with Content Management Systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce. Minimum of 12 months experience working in Technical Support or Customer Support.
