HR Partner - Dublin South. This is a permanent position required to provide support during a period of growth and transition. The successful candidate will be based in South Dublin, with some ad hoc travel throughout Ireland, and Europe as required. The HR Partner will have responsibility for the delivery of a full range of Human Resource services. This will include: Coaching, Training, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Welfare, Performance and Reward Management, driving HR process improvements, managing HR projects, Employee and Industrial Relations and general administration activities. The successful candidate will drive a high performance culture ensuring the HR agenda and annual activities are aligned with plant goals. JOB DESCRIPTION: • Manage HR transformation project delivery across the company specifically HRIS project activity eg. payroll and system transformations, ensuring an effective working relationship and service delivery with the Shared Services Centre. • Review and implement process changes and efficiencies across a variety of HR processes. • Manage recruitment ramp up activities providing headcount planning, candidate sourcing, assessment, interviewing and selection. • Act as a coach to managers in relation to all people management issues. • Partner closely with assigned departments to facilitate, measure and continually improve team effectiveness and motivation, people management practices and processes. • Drive the performance and reward management process, coaching managers in performance management issues. • Formulate and deliver training programmes, including Leadership and manager development. Maintain a training and development plan through training needs analysis, individual training & development plans and consultation with management. • Provide practical HR advice and support to all associates. • Provide expert advice and guidance on the legal & HR implications of managementdecisions. • Provide interpretation and advice on all HR policies to promote consistent application. • Project manage key HR initiatives around succession planning, associate development, compensation & benefits and change management. • Analyse metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports across the key HR KPIs to both site leadership and European/Worldwide leadership. • Coach and assist managers in driving absence management improvements across the site. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE: • Third Level Qualification in HR/Business related discipline or equivalent. Must be CIPD qualified. • A minimum of 6 years' work experience within a HR environment, with at least 4 years operating in a challenging position at HR Partner level. • Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment is desirable. • Ability to mix strategic thinking with proactive and hands-on delivery of solutions. • Confident interviewing skills, with experience in the management of recruitment processes, competency based interviews, administration of aptitude tests. • Excellent working knowledge of employment law. • Proven ability of success in change management and process improvement. • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
