Senior Estimator. Dublin South €Neg + Package. Our client is one of Irelands most reputable, award winning main contractors, who have an excellent reputation for deliveringcommercial, hotel, data centre, student Accommodation, pharmaceutical projects from €10m-100m. They now require a Senior Estimator (Building) to join their team in South Dublin. The role will involve developing cost estimates for projects nationwide. The successful candidate will work as part of a professional team, and will be involved in the production of competitive tenders / detailed estimates for pre-design or Design & Build projects. Requirements. A Third Level Qualification in a construction related discipline, ideally Quantity Surveying. 5+ years’ experience in a similar role working on large building projects.
