OTE circa 30k plus excellent benefits and a fun place to Work. Starting 8th January 2018. My client is a world leading Finance related Multinational with offices worldwide. They have their Irish office headquartered in Dublin West. Due to phenomenal success, they are looking to recruit lots of German speakers for Collections and Customer Services so you and your friends can work together!! You will be responsible for negotiating with clients regarding monies owed and providing excellent customer services. You will also be responsible for updating the status of aging accounts and collecting payments on delinquent accounts. This role requires contacting clients via phone and email and identifying payment options and agreeing on individual tailored solutions. You will also receive incoming calls regarding payment queries. This is an exciting, varied and busy role and if you have experience in a call centre or in financial services that is a strong advantage but no experience is ok too once you have excellent communication skills and fluent German. This is a great company to work for and has great opportunities for promotion and moving across Departments.
