Trilingual Customer Services. English native fluent plus 2 other EU Languages - Customer Services and Order Management located in Dublin City Centre. Permanent. Salary 30-35k. My client is a leading and well known Retail related company with their offices worldwide. They have their Irish office located in City Centre. They are looking to recruit a Trilingual speaker for a customer services and order management role. You will be dealing with clients regarding orders, shipment queries and prices. You will also be coordinating logistics and shipping and you will be responsible for the full order cycle to include order management and order processing. Great company to work for with extremely nice people. This is quite a senior role with a lot of responsibility. For this role you need to have at least 2 years’ customer services experience within an office environment and order management experience would be a strong advantage.
