They are now looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join their talented team. What’s more, there is a highly competitive quarterly bonus scheme that could see you earn in the region of €30,000 if you achieve your targets each quarter. As a Sales Operations Executive, you will support the sales process and provide an outstanding level of service to customers. You will respond to customer queries via telephone and email channels, as well as liaising with members of the Sales Team to resolve any problems in a timely manner. Verifying deliveries and receipts, you will assist with logistics by processing orders, monitoring stock levels and checking product availability. Additionally, you will update customer records in our client’s internal database and assist with credit control activities. Interested? To be considered for this role, you will need: - At least two years’ experience in a customer service role, ideally experience in sales. - Previous office experience. - An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. - Fluent English communication skills.
