Auto Electrician Criteria: Experience in auto electrical on Coaches and HGV is a must. Qualifications in HGV mechanic’s an advantage but not essential. Practical knowledge of modern diagnostic equipment (Star, Jaltech, Vtool. Full, clean and valid driver’s licence (D licence an advantage. Ability to work in a busy environment. Have good oral and written English. Be self-motivated and dedicated to achieving high quality standards. Role Purpose: The main purpose of the technician is to service and repair electrical components to the company’s coaches and also to the companies approved high efficient standards. Perform work outlined by the garage manager on a daily basis and also the completion of job cards after works are checked and finalised. Candidates will be comfortable working as part of a team but also under their own initiative. Have a flexible attitude to working hours. Be knowledgeable of electrical drawings/ digital systematics/ workshop equipment. A good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, experience in Scania/ Volvo/ Mercedes/ MASATs wiring is a clear advantage.
