Key Responsibilities: Experienced in Geneva, understand how the system is configured and be the first point of contact to provide "technical" advice and support users. Escalating complex issues to the support team on behalf of associated teams. Assist in the preparation of Business Requirement Documents for systems enhancements and report enhancements & creation. Quality Control testing for local user environment before the end state users complete UAT. Assist in the coordination of UAT in the local user environment to ensure system developments and enhancements are ready to go. Assist in the set-up of new funds, Fees and other data on the system. Understand all system interfaces and answer user issues around general system functions. Support the Client Services New business team, and Valuations department on new client mandates. This will incorporate participation in project planning, assisting in the system set ups and user testing. Working with new and existing users to implement system developments and enhancements helping to deliver training to new and existing users on the new system platform. Qualifications. Knowledge/Experience: Candidate should have business knowledge of investment operations functions, Hedge Fund admin would be preferable, and a strong knowledge of controls & procedures. 3 years' experience in Fund admin /Hedge Funds is ideal. Skills: Understanding of Hedge Funds and or strong Accounting background. Understand testing process. Ability to develop an excellent working relationship with Clients and other in house departments.
