We are currently recruiting a HR Generalist to join our Dublin team on a permanent basis. In Dublin and Antrim (Northern Ireland), we have our Franchise and Operating business and are in the Top 15 Suppliers of Food & Beverages in Ireland. This is an organization with roles in Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics. We ensure that people living in Ireland are no strangers to PepsiCo's portfolio of juice, food, snacks, carbonated and non-carbonated beverages. Our brands are the Iconic brand 7UP, Pepsi Max, Lipton Ice tea, Tropicana, Naked, Walkers, Doritos and many more Snacks, Juice and Soft drink brands, which enjoy strong positions within the marketplace and are loved by consumers throughout the geography. Principal Accountabilities: Contribute to establishment of HR strategic initiatives for Europe. Manage (establish, implement, maintain) core HR processes, plan and design annual HR agenda within areas of responsibility to support the Company's strategic objectives and to ensure consistency, standardization, and compliance in the PepsiCo core HR processes. Execute systems, standards and coaching skills that link business strategy to team and individual performance objectives thereby driving a performance culture and maximizing employee potential. Lead Employee Relations for Ireland, providing expert advice and guidance to line managers and employees, building line manager capability and ensuring procedural fairness. Lead the performance management culture by ensuring adherence to all core people and Total Rewards processes. Provide effective coaching, insights, and feedback to customer groups to influence appropriate & expected outcomes of key people processes. Enable development of HC planning, staffing, assessment, and selection tools and processes to ensure match the right people to the right jobs while meeting the business goals with diverse talent (e.g., assessment centres, employment testing, interviewing, internal job posting, etc.) by aligning with Talent Acquisition. Executes all local changes in line with the legal framework and is a local point of contact for Functional HRBPs. Administers all HR procedures in connection with on- and off boarding, and ongoing maintenance of HR System data. Works with the management team on internal engagement surveys and drives local action plan implementation. Project involvement of business key initiatives and other exercises occurring on an ad-hoc basis. Ownership of Total Reward processes including salary planning, support on reward initiatives, manage the sales incentives schemes and benefit programmes. Ownership of various payroll duties such as monthly / quarterly tax and social security reporting, global cost reporting and audits. Essential Skills: University degree or more in a HR related discipline. Proven Generalist experience in a multi-cultural environment. Working knowledge of income tax, labour, pension and payroll guidelines and Irish legislation. Be able to lead multi-functional teams in a complex business environment. Strong planning, organizing and follow skills together with drive for results. Strong collaboration, communication , influence and impact skills. Proactive working style and initiative taking. Can do attitude and willingness to take on challenges. People development, breakthrough thinking, advance negotiation and strong presentation skills.
