Experienced Business Analyst required for 6 Month Dublin city centre based contract. Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, the Senior Business Analyst will work closely with key stakeholders from all business units and third parties to define and document business processes and software requirements for medium and large-scale technology initiatives. This role requires the Senior Business Analyst to have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret software solutions and translate them into clear business requirements. The Senior Business Analyst will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Translate business / user requirements to detailed functional specifications. Understand business change needs and assess the business impact of those changes. Co-ordinate and facilitate process workshops with cross-functional teams. Support projects with the development of business requirements, testing and training material and provide on-going support to users. Provide feedback to stakeholders and customer teams. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: A 3rd Level Qualification. 6+ Years Business Analysis experience. Good financial services experience. Insurance experience a distinct advantage. Positive self-starter with a proactive approach to projects. Strong problem solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
