Role: HR Administrator. Reporting to: HR Manager. Position: Permanent. Location: Tallaght. Dublin 24. Direct Reports: None. The CRU is now seeking a qualified, high achieving individual to join the Human Resources team to provide effective HR administration support to the Commission, involving assistance in all aspects of the HR function ranging from Recruitment, Contracts of Employment, Health & Safety, Performance Appraisals, Training & Development and Confidential file maintenance. Key responsibilities (include but are not limited to. -Responsible for all HR Administration. -Participation in all HR recruitment activities. -Maintenance and updating of the personnel system and employee files. -Active participation in the Induction processes for all new employees. -Administration of HR reports and ad- hoc projects / queries as and when required. -Proactively participating in a busy HR environment. -Assist and support rollout of various initiatives, projects e.g. HR strategy.
