Leading Bank in Dublin City Centre have a 1 year contract available for a Loan Recoveries Manager to lead a team of six analysts. Strong experience in credit, dealing with all types of debt, mortgages is required. The ideal candidate will have previous people management experience and be fully QFA Qualified. This role involves management of a small team of people involved in Personal Insolvency. The role includes Co-ordinating the Bank's Personal Insolvency cases, supervising a team of credit analysts, approving credit papers and other credit related requests, dealing with issues in relation to the insolvency legislation and ensuring that the administrative tasks get completed on time. Key areas of responsibility. Support the management of the Personal Insolvency Unit. Manage a small team of people. Assistant in team compliance with policy, regulation, process and documentation requirements in accordance with guidelines. Ensure that relevant management information systems are correctly populated and maintained. Assess insolvency cases within tight timeframes and manage fulfilment of the agreed settlements. Manage the legacy book and monitor receipt of dividend payments. Qualifications and experience required; Degree Qualified. QFA Qualified. Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role in a Financial Institution. Minimum of 5 years managing a team of people.
