Working alongside the Sales Engine Team, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Support Representative / Account Coordinator . This role will suit someone with experience in managing and actioning large volumes of operational sales activities including implementation, optimization and reporting. You will fully support will support the needs of the Sales Engine team and publishers globally through email primarily and by working within a cross-functional environment. Main day-to-day duties: - Support sales users through email customer service tools. - Troubleshoot account issues where required and provide account administration support. - Support implementation and optimization across monetization and platform solutions. - Contribute to increasing operational efficiencies. - Perform other administrative and operational role-related tasks. Key skills required: BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred. Written and oral fluency in English. Able to work through large volumes of support requests within specified time frames. 3+ years of work experience with Account Management, Ad Operations or Project Management (experience with AdX, AdSense, AdMob, and DFP a plus. An understanding of Internet technologies, e.g. HTTP, JavaScript, HTML, Ajax, Flash, cookies, XML, a plus. Creative problem-solving, analytical skills, comfortable handling and interpreting data. Broad understanding of online advertising solutions (i.e. ad serving, monetization) and of key platforms and trends (i.e. desktop, mobile, video. Passionate about the digital advertising industry. Extremely organized, responsible, and having the proven ability to work well independently and with a team. Self-motivated. Salary: €41k pro rata. Location: Dublin. Type: Contract – 11 months.
