Our Client a leading Freight & Logistics company now require a Senior Sales Administrator for their offices based in Dublin North. Main purpose of Job: A dynamic administrative function working with multiple Key, National & Global Accounts, providing a reporting, administration and customer service excellence experience to our customers while working with our Key Account Management team. KAM Support. Pre Sales. Sales Material Development and Preparation. Support identification /development of up-selling potential: example: White Board sessions. Support the development of company Login and value add solutions into the customer base. Identification/Analysis of customer requirements. RF(X) response preparation & support. After- Sales. Management and maintenance of rates structures, SOPs, KPIs etc. Re-Pricing & Rate Sheet Management. Support relevant external and internal quotations and negotiations with customers. Development and completion of Customer Reports. Continuous Improvement project support. Maintenance of company Login CP. Troubleshoot / Back up for KAM. Support and attend relevant project meetings and Business Reviews. Administration. Develop, implement and deliver agreed business management reports to agreed timelines. Preparation and delivering of MBR’s / QBR’s / Executive Summaries - internal / External communication follow up. Management of customer reports and data quality of same (KPIs, Invoicing, ad-hoc reporting etc. Data Quality management (Log-in, Corelog etc. Recording of relevant activity on Corelog. Case Study Management. Company Intranet - Company Times Articles generation, uploading and updating. Contract Review scheduling / management. Development/ Maintenance of account extranet page. On- Boarding / implementation projects. Customer query resolution. For nominated / various accounts, be a liaison between client and IE operational teams. Develop a strong working relationship with the Client, Operations Teams and the Key Account Manager. Ensure that strong lines of communication are set-up with timely information flows for all of your accounts. Escalate and communicate to stakeholders when appropriate. Key Result Areas: Customer Satisfaction. Customer / Business Retention. Data Quality. Report accuracy & timeliness. Communications. New Business Support and Implementation. Minimum Requirements 4+ years experience in Freight and Logistics operations in a 3PL environment (multi-modal may be advantageous. Understanding of supply chain solutions and technology to enable best process to be delivered for the customer. Highly proficient in both Excel and Powerpoint packages - Essential. Experience in a large / multinational company environment. Proven customer focus. Personality Attributes. Strong analytical skills with exceptional eye for detail. Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills and high levels of self-motivation. Self starter with the ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision. Ability to deliver in a fast moving/dynamic environment. Excellent organisational/time management skills. Excellent communication skills. Continuous improvement mindset.
