Client Services Analyst (CRM. Permanent. Background. The Position: We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Analyst (CRM), in our Business Intelligence division. The purpose of this role is to support the Business Intelligence team by extracting data and running reports to deliver insights into how Fáilte Ireland is delivering services and their overall impact on Clients. The role will report to the Manager of Business Intelligence and will be based at Fáilte Ireland, Áras Fáilte, 88-95 Amiens Street, Dublin 1.
