Front of House Reception, greeting all visitors, screening telephone calls Full responsibility for overseeing the smooth running of the office, facilities and procedures. Providing administrative support to the team. Adhoc duties: printing, scanning, stationary, post. Answering telephone in a professional manner. Greeting clients at reception area. Providing secretarial support to the Operations Director, including: taking minutes at meetings, diary management, travel arrangements and answering emails. Key Competencies: Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative to complete tasks. Attention to detail. Proficient use of all Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Be able to maintain commercial confidence at all times. Considerable multi-tasking abilities, organisational skills and flexibility. Ability to work under pressure. A team player, with flexibility and adaptability to changing work loads. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
