The Tax Appeals Commission is an independent statutory body, tasked with providing a modern and efficient appeals process in relation to the hearing and adjudication of tax disputes which arise in relation to assessment and decisions of the Revenue Commissioners. concerning taxes and duties. Reporting to the Head of Administration, the successful candidates will conduct impartial, independent, thorough examinations of appeals against assessments and decisions of the Revenue Commissioners concerning taxes and duties. Successful candidates will have obtained the Chartered Tax Advisor Qualification and have at least 5 years relevant post qualification experience. They will have strong case management skills and a proven ability to manage and progress projects within tight deadlines.
