My client is a tier one main contractor with operations throughout Ireland and the UK. They are currently seeking experienced Site Managers to join their team and manage Referb andResidential projects in Dublin. Duties: 5+ years of management experience on structural projects. Knowledgeable and confident in dealing with clients and other project teams. Keen eye for detail when finishing high-end projects. Highly computer literate in relevant tools, including MS Office, project programming and analysis tools. liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and planners. Ensure that work complies with building regulations and health and safety legislation as well as other legal requirements. Keep the client updated regularly on progress. Act as the first point of contact for members of the public and sub-contractors. Requirements: Degree in Construction Mgt/engineering or trade background. Experience working with a medium / large building main contractor. Good organization & time management skills are essential. Proven track record of working to strict timescales. Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation is needed. A solid track record of managerial experience within the construction industry required.
