Initial 6 month contract with a major global company in Dublin city centre for a test engineer with strong Base24 experience. Work across several major projects within a multidisciplinary team. Review business requirements and functional specifications as requested and provide feedback to test manager/test lead. Develop test plans, test objectives, input test data, and expected results relating to test phase test plans. Provide testing statistics /metrics and status to test manager / test lead as required. Adherence to all testing processes and methodologies. Execute test plans and record results (including re-test of defects. Record defects and issues in accordance with the project's defect and issue management plans and participate in washups as required. Work with the application team (both business and development teams) to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process in agreement with test manager/test lead.
