Change Manager, Business Change & Implementation, Financial Services, Central Dublin 60-70K + Benefits. Our client is a large Financial Services Organisation and is currently seeking an Change Managerto join their team.The team will represent operations and be a key stakeholder/ driver of change projects affecting the business. The change programme includes new innovation applications, automation, workflow enhancements and regulatory projects. The team will work with Product, IT and Innovation teams to ensure smooth delivery to the Transfer agency production teams. Your main responsibilities as a Chaneg Manager within a cross functional project team will be to specify the changes required and to manage the implementation of these changes into the global operational environment. More specifically, you will be required to: Work on requirements analysis, specification and solution validation with analyst/s from IT Change team; Undertake business process reviews and re-engineering where required (identifying processes which need to change or to be eliminated); Conduct operational readiness assessments, planning and implementation, ensure production teams/ operation environment is prepared to effectively support and accept the changes resulting from the project i.e. how close the Operations team is to the desired readiness state in terms of: Organisational Structure. Processes and Procedures. People – skills and experience. Facilities (incl. Equipment. Training programme. On determination of gaps, plan and take action to fill the gaps. Essential Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications. The ideal candidate will possess skills in: 5 or more years’ experience in TA/IS Operations, preferably in Hedge Funds. Project experience and have been involved in managing / implementing change into Operations Teams. Dedicated experience in swift orders automation and payment automation would be a key differentiator. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with business and technical teams. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and analytic skills. Strong team player with a high degree of flexibility. High energy, dynamic, results focused.
