LSC are currently looking for a consultant Process Engineer to work onsite with our BioPharmacuetical client in South County Dublin. The Process Engineer will be a highly motivated individual and will provide drug product support to process characterization and commercial manufacturing team. Responsibilities: Perform experiments, organize data and analyse results. Evaluation of product impact due to process variables. Understanding of degradation mechanisms for biologics, analytical methods, laboratory practices, Creation, Management and Maintenance of Inspection defect sets. Execution of Knapp studies and data analysis. Cross functional teamwork. Regular interactions with Quality and Regulatory functions. Working to investigate, resolve and closeout all issues relating to NC's, CAPA's, process deviations. Requirements: 5 years of experience in support of Commercial Protein Drug Product. Project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects. Strong knowledge of Quality systems, Drug Product Manufacturing and Validation. Experience in Working in a Laboratory Environment. Experience with Regulatory inspections desirable. Degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent.
