About the Job: Chef de Partie supports a Sous Chef and the Head Chef in every aspect of running the kitchen. Ensures HACCAP compliance. Participates in the menu preparation. Ensures 5-star preparation and presentation of every dish and is able to deliver them in a timely manner. Chef de Parie is knowledgeable about the hotel booked events. At least 1-year of previous experience as a Chef the Partie is essential (preferably in 4* or 5* hotel. Work in the Heart of Dublin and be apart of a PROUD team!
