Job Description. Prepare, and maintain project materials placing particular emphasis on detail and quality. Perform administrative tasks within the parameters set out by the Project Managers and company directors. Liaise with relevant internal staff to ensure all standards are achieved. Maintaining daily and weekly reports and distributing these amongst required members of the business. Attend meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team through sharing of information. Skills Required. • Proven office work and administration experience essential. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential with a minimum of 3 years’ experience using Word, Excel and Outlook. • Friendly, positive and flexible attitude to work. • Professional and courteous telephone manner. • Communication at all levels. • Attention to detail/accuracy. • Organisation skills. Key Competencies. • Planning & Organising. • Work Standards. Experience in the Security Systems Industry would prove a distinct advantage.
