Enterprise People are currently seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager for a 1 Year Contract based in Dublin city centre. As the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee a number of key functions within the IT department that enable the delivery of high quality services to end users and ensure service support and service delivery processes are in place to meet challenging business needs. The IT Service Delivery Manager will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage high performing service support functions such as the IT Service Desk and Desktop Support function. Ensure appropriate service levels, KPIs and controls are in place and are delivered in a process driven fashion. Define, drive and implement service improvement plans with key stakeholders and 3rd parties. Make recommendations for Service Improvement Plans and ensure actions are followed through to completion. Manage 3rd party vendors and suppliers. Support IT Service Management projects and initiatives. Work closely with key stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: A 3rd Level Qualification. 5+ Years’ IT experience in a demanding IT Project delivery role. Strong technical background. Experience of systems management in a 24 x 7 highly available environment. ITIL Certification. Strong 3rd party supplier / vendor management experience.
